It is said that connections between us are destined either by unseen forces or through the cosmic wavelength power. So is the case with Siddhi Memorial and Stichting Madat Nepal team from The Netherlands, particularly Hemmy Clevis, Pauli Gerritsen and Klaas de Vries, whom we met in 1993 at Siddhi Clinic, which was established in memory of our late son, Siddhi Sundar Dhaubhadel. They were the Clinic’s first contributors, and our journey of cooperation together has brought us to the present. Our vision, mission and goals in serving the needy people of Nepal are very much alike.
We’re very proud to have friends and supporters like MADAT Nepal. Their continuous support has been especially important in the education of healthcare professionals; as we confronted the medical emergencies resulting from the devastating 2015 earthquakes; and as we experienced huge flood damage to the premises of both the Siddhi Memorial Hospital and Siddhi Shaligram Senior Citizens’ Home in 2015 and 2018.
We’re beholden to all the friends and supporters of Madat Nepal for their generosity shown towards our foundation. Equally, we are grateful to all the friends and supporters from different parts of The Netherlands who had made financial contributions for the growth and development of SMF. We’re hopeful to have such support in future from the people of The Netherlands for Humanitarian Service.
